Refund policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Aramesh Paw Relief Oil (due to hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact us within the return window via:

Returns must be approved before shipment. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

A flat return shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable.

In cases where the return is due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order once your return is approved.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
