Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All products are made to order. Orders are processed within 7 (seven) working days from the date of purchase. This includes production, quality checks, and packaging prior to dispatch.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7 (seven) days, depending on the delivery location and serviceability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order. Aramesh shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

4. Delays in Shipment

While we aim to adhere to the stated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to logistical disruptions, high order volumes, or events beyond our control. Aramesh shall not be held liable for such delays.

5. Loss or Damage in Transit

In the event that an order is lost in transit or delivered in a damaged condition, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@aramesh.in with relevant details and supporting evidence.

Upon verification, we will take appropriate action, which may include a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
